C&rsquo;est un produit dont on entend beaucoup parler chez les pizzaioli et les amateurs de pizza maison ! \ud83c\udf55<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous n\u2019en trouvez pas, choisissez imp\u00e9rativement une <strong>semoule <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>extra fine<\/strong>.<\/span> Je dis bien extra fine, car la \u00ab\u00a0fine\u00a0\u00bb sera d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus lourde \u00e0 la t\u00e2che, vous risquez d&rsquo;obtenir un p\u00e2ton lourd et une mie trop dense.
